As I have two groups of four kids now in our game club, I sometimes combine them for certain games. I started collecting games for six or more people.

This is a list I made in order to help me to pick the right games based on the number of players I have.

The Resistance (5 -10 players, best with 7)–I don’t own this title but read reviews that it is great with expansions. A lot of people prefer Resistance Avalon, which is what I got. You can always read on the differences of the two on BoardGameGeek.
