Coup (3-6 players, best with 5 players, 15 min). You can also buy the expansion (Coup Reformation) of the game, which lets you play with up to 10 people.

The Resistance (5 -10 players, best with 7)–I don’t own this title but read reviews that it is great with expansions. A lot of people prefer Resistance Avalon, which is what I got. You can always read on the differences of the two on BoardGameGeek.
